Obituary
Our beloved father, brother, and friend, Warren Henry Waite Jr. passed away peacefully with family by his side in Tucson, AZ on June 13, 2024. He was 74 years old.
Warren served in the US Army from 1967-1970, completing one tour in Vietnam for which he was awarded several air medals including the Army Commendation Medal for Heroism, for his valor in the face of sure defeat.
Upon returning home from his military service, Warren completed his Associates of Arts degree, and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree. He did this while building a successful career in industrial and commercial real estate as well as marrying and starting a family.
In retirement, he realized his dream of moving to Arizona. He competed in Single-Action Shooting competitions as well as golfing often, as he had done throughout his life.
Warren had always been a man of great Christian faith and in his later years he truly found peace with his relationship with Jesus.
He is survived by his daughter Cambria Stapley (Eric), his son Rhys Waite (Jennifer), and sister Joy Antonucci (Gregory).
He devoted his life to God, family, and country. He will be dearly and profoundly missed.
A military committal service for Warren will be held Friday, July 19, 2024 at 9:00 AM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85301.
