Deceased 17 January 2016 (May 27, 1949 – Jan 17, 2016)
Richard was born and raised in Tucson Arizona, Graduate of Tucson High class of 1967. He joined the United States Army and is a Veteran of the Vietnam and Gulf War. He worked for the City of Tucson and retired in 2003 after 34 years from his last position as Maintenance Superintendent for Tucson Fire.
He is survived by his wife Alice Quintas and three daughters, Maria Bustamante (Tony), Anna Sanders (Robert) and Christina Solano (Danny), seven grand children as well as his nephew Andy Moore.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Manuel and Emma Quintas, mother in law Consuelo Perez and sister Anna Elsa Quintas.
Services were held at St. Ambrose Catholic Church 300 S Tucson Blvd. on Friday January 29th. Burial, military honors and ringing of the last bell followed at South Lawn 5401 S Park.
