SP5 Ken Hutchings was in the armament shop. Since we had a minigun on the left side and an aviation fifty on the right, Ken was part of the NightHawk crew. He was instrumental in helping keep the weapons in good operational condition. Since we needed someone to operate the lights on either side of the aircraft and two M-60s as well that meant normally we had three people per each rear side of the aircraft. This night we didn’t wait for any additional personnel. If I remember correctly, Guy Boudreau flew as the fourth person in the back that night.
